1. Scope of Services: 1.1. The massage therapist Edwina Pereira agrees to provide massage therapy services to the client as agreed upon.

2. Client Responsibilities:
2.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete health information, including any pre-existing medical conditions or contraindications.
2.2. The Client agrees to disclose any changes in health status or medications between sessions.

3. Confidentiality:
3.1. The Therapist agrees to keep all client information confidential unless required by law to disclose.

4. Health and Safety:
4.1. The Client agrees to inform the Therapist of any discomfort or pain experienced during the massage session.
4.2. The Therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the Client presents with any contraindications or health concerns.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
5.1. The Client agrees to provide at least 48h hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
5.2. The Therapist reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without sufficient notice.

6. Fees and Payment:
6.1. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for each session. 6.2. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Code of Conduct:
7.1. The Client agrees to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during the massage session.
7.2. The Therapist reserves the right to terminate a session if the Client's behavior is inappropriate or makes the Therapist uncomfortable.

8. Professional Boundaries:
8.1. The Therapist maintains professional boundaries and will not engage in any activities that are not within the scope of massage therapy.

9. Feedback and Concerns:
9.1. The Client is encouraged to provide feedback regarding the massage experience.
9.2. Any concerns or issues should be communicated to the Therapist promptly for resolution.

10. Liability Waiver:
10.1. The Client acknowledges that massage therapy is provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes and is not a substitute for medical care.

11. Amendments: 11.1. These terms and conditions may be amended by the Therapist with reasonable notice.
 

12. Governing Law:
12.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

13. Agreement Acceptance:
13.1. The Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
